Returns, refunds, right of withdrawal
As private consumers (i.e., not professional or business customers), after an online purchase, we have the right to change our minds and we can return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
For purchases on Wheeltrims.shop, you therefore have the right to return the product under the following terms:
- express your intention to return the product (and request a refund of the amount paid) within 14 days of receiving the goods;
- to express your withdrawal and request a refund, you must complete the designated form;
- the consumer must bear the shipping costs for returning the product to Wheeltrims.shop;
- return the product in its original packaging (wheel trims must be returned together with the carton box);

Once we receive the package, we will quickly check that the return meets the conditions mentioned above.
If everything is in order, we will proceed with to refund (or a product exchange if requested and available) directly to the credit card used during the purchase phase.
